Information we collect
Fuzz.ai collects the name, email address, company and inquiry text you submit through our waitlist, investor and request forms. We also record the request type, submission time and, if selected, your newsletter consent and the version of the consent notice.
How we use it
We use your details to review and respond to your inquiry, maintain the waitlist and discuss potential evaluations or investment conversations. Joining the waitlist does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter.
Newsletter preferences
The newsletter checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. If you choose to subscribe, we record your consent and use beehiiv for newsletter delivery once the service is configured. When configured, we share your email address and subscription consent with beehiiv. You can unsubscribe using the link in a delivered newsletter or make a request through our privacy form.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are stored privately with our website hosting provider, separate from publicly served files. Customer and investor inquiry details may be shared with our team in Slack for follow-up. Once connected, customer and investor inquiries are also sent to our separate Google Sheets for lead management. These lead-management sheets are accessible to people who have their links. Inquiries are retained for up to 365 days unless we need them for an ongoing conversation or you request earlier deletion. Newsletter consent records are retained while your subscription is active and to process your preference requests. The operator of the website is responsible for controlling access to the hosting environment, the Google Sheets, Slack channels and any backups, and for applying the same retention period to those copies.
Website operation
The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. We use spam filtering to reduce automated abuse. Hosting infrastructure may maintain ordinary technical access logs. We do not sell inquiry information.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete submitted information, or withdraw newsletter consent. Use the privacy request form so we can review your request and verify the relevant email address. Please do not send identification documents or sensitive personal information in the initial request.
Keep submissions limited
Do not include passwords, API keys, customer records, proprietary source code or sensitive security findings in these forms. For security matters, request an appropriate disclosure channel.
